Also the Drizzt books are quite good in general. I've only read half a dozen FR books but I liked the first 3 Drizzt novels. And I've got a friend who's a big fantasy reader who absolutely loves those books. There's a reason there's like dozens of the Drizzt novels: they are quite popular!

If we were allowed to give half stars, I would rate this book a 3.5 As a Forgotten Realms fan since 2005 (and yes, the Drizzt books were my introduction to the setting), I have a lot to say about this book, so possible tl;dr. Like the last several Drizzt books, I have mixed feelings about Relentless. Younger Readers. For younger readers, a number of books and series can help excite and educate players about the worlds of Dungeons & Dragons. Series include the Young Adventurer's Guides, Endless Quest books, and the ABCs/123s of D&D! Dive into the worlds of Dungeons & Dragons with official D&D novels, comics, and nonfiction.
